  • Provide a smooth onboarding experience for AEC companies by coordinating with the implementation team and managing clear next steps to keep accounts moving forward
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships via regular check-ins with AEC partners to learn about their product, project, and library needs
  • Drive connections between architecture firms and building product manufacturers
  • Provide feedback and brainstorm solutions with the Product and Materials Data teams to respond to recurring user pain points and improve the overall user experience

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. 2+ years of full-time experience in AEC, project delivery, or project management in the US
  2. Optional: 2+ years of full-time customer support or account management experience
  3. A quality understanding of how architects research, detail, and specify building products
  4. Appetite and excitement for business development, including sales, deal-making, and account support
  5. Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset focused on building relationships both remote and in-person
  6. Highly organized with strong follow-up and task management skills
